It is crucial that the elected body of any organization understand its role. Councils and boards struggle when they are not properly trained. We provide workshops and on-going education to make any decision making body effective.

First Nations

Our experience working with First Nations and respecting indigenous culture is at the core of what we do. We have connected First Nations and local and provincial governments to ensure effective and productive collaboration. We also assist in assessing the organization and making recommendations for improvement at the elected and appointed levels. Facilitating Community to Community Forums is a service we excel at.

Industry

Industry development in BC is always about striking the right balance. We are experienced at bringing all interests to the table and helping find the benefits for everyone. Connecting partners such as First Nations and other levels of government is our passion.

Facilitation

Challenges can be overcome when groups are brought closer together. We can assist through facilitating meetings and engagement sessions.

Training

All levels of government require on-going training. From council/board orientations, strategic planning, staff guidance/education, internal reviews; our experience in public administration is strong. Interim fill-ins are also available on request.

Mentorship

Mentorship of new CAO’s, senior staff, and elected officials, is what we do best. With the constant change of senior administration, providing continuity is crucial. We provide mentoring programs for new managers as well as training for succession planning.
